POSTAL SERVICES ACT 1975 No. 54, 1975 - SECT 12
Commission may act as agent, &c.
12. The Commission may make arrangements with a Minister of State acting on
behalf of Australia or the Administration of a Territory, with a Minister of
State acting on behalf of a State, or with an authority of Australia or of a
State-
(a) for the doing of any act or thing by the Commission on behalf of
Australia, the Administration of that Territory, that State or that
authority, as the case may be, being an act or thing that can
conveniently be done in conjunction with the performance of the
functions of the Commission; or
(b) for the doing by a Department of State, the Administration of that
Territory, a Department of that State or that authority, as the case
may be, on behalf of the Commission of any act or thing that the
Commission is authorized to do under this Act.
