PASTURE SEED LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1989 No. 139, 1989 - SECT 5

5. (1) Levy on leviable seed is due for payment at the end of the period of 28
days immediately after the end of the quarter in which the seed is certified
under a certification scheme.

(2) In this section:

"quarter" means:

   (a)  the period commencing on the commencement of this Act and ending on
        the last day of March, June, September or December, whichever occurs
        first after the commencement of this Act; and

   (b)  each later period of 3 months ending on the last day of any of those
        months in any year.
