PART VI-TRANSMITTER LICENCES AND TEMPORARY PERMITS Interpretation

22. In this Part-

         ''radiocommunications transmitter'' does not include a transmitter
included in a prescribed class of transmitters;

         ''operate'', in relation to a radiocommunications transmitter, does
not include operate for the purpose of the transmission to the general public
of radio programs or television programs.
