RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1983 No. 130, 1983 - SECT 44

44. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), an order has effect notwithstanding any
law of the Commonwealth (other than this Act), or any law of a State or
Territory, that is inconsistent with that order.

(2) This Part is not intended to affect the operation of a law of a State or
Territory to the extent that that law is capable of operating concurrently
with this Part.
(3) In sub-section (1), ''this Act'' does not include the regulations.
