RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1983 No. 130, 1983 - SECT 60

60. (1) A Commissioner has, in the performance of his duties as a
Commissioner, the same protection and immunity as a Justice of the High Court.

(2) Subject to this Act, a person appearing as a witness at an inquiry has the
same protection, and is, in addition to the penalties provided by this Act,
subject to the same liabilities, in any civil or criminal proceedings as a
witness in proceedings in the High Court.
