RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1983 No. 130, 1983 - SECT 91
Act not to affect performance of State, Northern Territory or Norfolk Island functions
91. (1) The Minister shall not exercise his powers under Part VI or VII in
such a manner as to prevent the exercise of the powers, or the performance of
the functions, of government of a State, of the Northern Territory or of
Norfolk Island.
(2) An order under Part VIII has no effect to the extent that, but for this
sub-section, it would prevent the exercise of the powers, or the performance
of the functions, of government of a State, of the Northern Territory or of
Norfolk Island.
