RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1983 No. 130, 1983 - SECT 92

92. Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the power of the Governor-General to
make Ordinances under section 11 of the Australian Antarctic Territory Act 
1954 shall not be taken not to extend to the making of Ordinances prohibiting
or regulating the use of transmitters included in a class of transmitters
specified in regulations in force for the purposes of section 22 of this Act.
