4. (1) Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting the table and
substituting the following table:-

(2) Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is further amended by omitting from
paragraph 6 the figures ''$102.10'' and substituting the figures ''$108.60''.
