5. Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting the words-

''RATE FOR SPECIAL PENSIONS-$148.20 PER FORTNIGHT.'' and substituting the
words-

''RATE FOR SPECIAL PENSIONS-$157.70 PER FORTNIGHT''.
