REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 97, 1984 - SECT 29

29. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (g) "and"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (2) the following paragraphs:



"(j) a reference to a pension, or to a pension under section 24 of the
Repatriation Act, shall be read as a reference to pension under section 6 of
this Act; and

   (k)  a provision of the Repatriation Act specified in sub-section (1) of
        this section that is expressed to apply subject to that Act applies
        subject to the provisions of that Act specified in sub-sections (1),
        (2A) and (3) of this section and to the provisions of this Act.".
