SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 182

182. A person who is an eligible employee referred to in paragraph (a) of
the definition of ''eligible employee'' in sub-section 3 (1) shall be deemed
to have become an eligible employee on the commencing day.
