SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 189
Dealings by Trust with policies to which section 74 of superseded Act applies.
189. All payments which, by virtue of section 74 of the superseded Act, are
required to be made by the Trust shall be paid out of the Fund and all
payments that, by virtue of that section, are required to be made to the Trust
shall be paid to the Trust and paid by the Trust into the Fund.
