SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 190
Unpaid contributions under superseded Act.
190. Sections 53 and 156 of this Act apply to and in relation to contributions
that a person has become liable to pay under the superseded Act but which have
not been paid before the commencing day as if those contributions were payable
by the person under this Act.
