SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 191

191. Where, by force of sub-section 76 (2) of the Superannuation Amendment 
Act 1976 , a life policy that was assigned by a person to the Superannuation
Board under section 119ZC of the superseded Act is transferred to the
Commissioner, section 145 of this Act applies, with such modifications as are
determined by the Commissioner, to and in relation to that person and that
policy as if the policy had been assigned to the Commissioner by the person
under that section.
