SUPERANNUATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 32, 1976 - SECT 87

87. Section 150 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting the words '', on the recommendation of the Board,''; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:-

''(2) The regulations may make provision for modifying this Act, or a
provision of this Act specified in the regulations, in the application of this
Act or that provision to and in relation to a person who is in receipt of
pension under section 46, 47 or 48 of this Act, or to and in relation to a
prescribed class of such persons, and the modifications that may be made by
the regulations include, but are not limited to, modifications providing for
payment of pension at a rate other than the rate at which, but for the
regulations, the pension would be payable.''.
