SUPERANNUATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 32, 1976 - SECT 88

88. (1) Where an Act makes provision to the effect that nothing in the Act
authorizes the provision of superannuation benefits to a specified person or a
specified class of persons otherwise than under the superseded Superannuation 
Act , the reference in the first-mentioned Act to the superseded
Superannuation  Act shall, on and after 1 July 1976, be read as a reference to
the Superannuation Act 1976 or that Act as amended and in force from time to
time.

(2) In sub-section (1), the superseded Superannuation Act means the
Superannuation Act 1922 or that Act as amended and in force from time to time.
