STUDENT ASSISTANCE AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 171, 1989 - SECT 15

15. (1) Sections 32 and 33 of the Principal Act are repealed.

(2) A determination under subsection 32 (1) of the previous Act that was in
force immediately before the commencement has effect after the commencement as
if it were a determination under subsection 16 (2) of the amended Act.

(3) In this section:

"amended Act " means the Principal Act as amended by this Act;

"commencement " means the commencement of this section;

"previous Act " means the Principal Act as in force before the commence ment.
