SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY RESEARCH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 121, 1986 - SECT 37

37. An act or thing done before the commencement of this section by the
trustees of the Fund under section 5, 7, 8 or 9 of the Principal Act has
effect, after the commencement of this section, as if it had been done by the
trustee of the Fund under the corresponding provision of the Principal Act as
amended by this Act.
