AMENDMENTS OF THE SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY RESEARCH ACT 1949
RELATING TO THE NAME OF THE ORGANISATION
1. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by omitting
"Organization" (wherever occurring) and substituting "Organisation":
Title, sections 8 and 9, paragraphs 9AA (a), (c), (d) and (e), sections 9AB,
9A, 10, 32, 46, 48, 49, 50, 53, 54 and 56.
2. The headings to Parts II and III of the Principal Act are amended by
omitting "ORGANIZATION" and substituting "ORGANISATION".
