STATES GRANTS (UNIVERSITIES ASSISTANCE) ACT 1976 No. 129, 1976 - SECT 16

Payments may be made out of Consolidated Revenue Fund or Loan Fund. 
16. Payments (including an advance under section 15) to a State under this Act
may be made-

   (a)  in the case of payments in accordance with section 7 or 10-out of the
        Consolidated Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund; or

   (b)  in any other case-out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
