STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 85

85. The Treasurer may, from time to time, in accordance with the provisions of
the Commonwealth Inscribed Stock Act 1911, or in accordance with the
provisions of an Act authorizing the issue of Treasury Bills, borrow moneys
not exceeding in the aggregate the sum of the amounts that may become payable
to the States under sections 9, 26 and 52 of this Act.
