STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 86

86. Moneys borrowed under section 85 shall be issued and applied only for the
expenses of borrowing and-

   (a)  for the purpose of making payments to the States under section 9, 26
        or 52;

   (b)  for the purpose of making advances under section 82 on account of
        payments of that kind; and

   (c)  for the purpose of making payments to the Consolidated Revenue Fund in
        accordance with section 87.
