STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 163, 1985 - SECT 41

Approval of building projects and equipment projects in connection with schools serving predominantly Aboriginal communities 
41. Section 51 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) ", in respect of a year to which
        section
52 applies," after " approve";

   (b)  by inserting in sub-section (1) " in a State that are, in relation to
that year, schools" after " schools";
(c) by omitting from sub-section (1) "in a State";
(d) by inserting in sub-section (2) "in respect of a year to which section  52
applies" after "sub-section (1)";
(e) by adding at the end of sub-section (2) "in respect of that year"; and
(f) by omitting from sub-section (4) "serving predominantly Aboriginal
communities in a State".
