STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1996 No. 70, 1996 - SECT 46

The Minister may make a determination authorising the payment to the States,
by way of financial assistance to the States for expenditure for a program
year in respect of capital grants approved under subsection 45(1), of amounts
the total of which is not greater than the amount set out in column 2 of
Schedule 2 opposite the reference to the program year.
