STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1996 No. 70, 1996 - SECT 83
83 Advances
The Minister may make advances to a State, by way of financial assistance to
the State on account of an amount that is expected to become payable under
this Act to the State, and any conditions that would apply to the payment
apply to any such advance.
