STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1996 No. 70, 1996 - SECT 84

84 Payments to be made out of Consolidated Revenue Fund or Loan Fund 
Payments to a State under this Act may be made:

   (a)  in respect of payments under section 46 or 49 or paragraph 69(1)(b) or
        72(1)(b) and advances under section 83 on account of payments of that
        kind-out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund; or

   (b)  otherwise-out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
