STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 29, 1995 - SECT 17

Additional conditions-if agreement between Commonwealth and body other than a State

17. Section 60C of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1)(b) "or other body" and substituting "or
        of another body";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (1)(b) "or body" (wherever occurring).
