STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 29, 1995 - SECT 19

Grants for recurrent expenditure on general education in English as a second language in non-government schools-program year 1993

19. Section 64 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2) and
substituting the following subsection:



"(2) The total of the amounts paid to a State for the program year 1993 must
not be greater than the amount set out opposite to the name of that State in
column 3 of the Part of Schedule 6 that relates to that program year.".
