STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 29, 1995 - SECT 20

Grants for recurrent expenditure on general education in English as a second language in non-government schools-program years 1994, 1995 and 1996

20. Section 65A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (4) and
substituting the following subsection:



"(4) The total of the amounts paid to a State for the program year 1994, 1995
or 1996 must not be greater than the amount set out opposite to the name of
that State in column 3 of the Part of Schedule 6 that relates to that year.".
