STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1978 No. 188, 1978 - SECT 36

Payments may be made out of Consolidated Revenue Fund or Loan Fund 
36. Payments (including an advance under section 35) to a State under this Act
may be made out of-

   (a)  in the case of payments under section 8, 11, 16, 21, 29 or 30-the
        Consolidated Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund; or

   (b)  in any other case-the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
