STATE GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1985 No. 160, 1985 - SECT 17

17. Section 41 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "or (c)" and substituting ", (c) or
        (ca)";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "or 20" and substituting ", 20 or
        20A";

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (3A) "or 20" and substituting ", 20 or
        20A";

   (d)  by omitting from sub-section (3B) "or 20" and substituting ", 20 or
        20A"; and

   (e)  by inserting in sub-section (4) "20A," after "20,".
