SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 151, 1986 - SECT 62

62. Section 143 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (a) and substituting the following
        paragraphs:

"(a) if the pension is suspended under sub-section 74 (3)-deferred benefits do
not again become applicable in relation to the person because only of the
suspension of the pension;

   (aa) if the person's entitlement to the pension is cancelled under section
        74A-deferred benefits again become applicable in relation to the
        person; and"; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "sub-section 75 (2)" and
        substituting " section 75".
