SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 151, 1986 - SECT 63

63. (1) Section 145 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-paragraph (9) (a) (ii) "of this sub-section" and substituting "of this
section".

(2) Section 145 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (5) "Subject to sub-section (14), so" and
        substituting "So";

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-paragraph (7) (d) (i) "and the amount of
        any interest that, in accordance with the regulations, is payable in
        respect of that excess";

   (c)  by adding at the end of paragraph (9) (b) "out of the Consolidated
        Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly"; and

   (d)  by omitting sub-section (14).
