SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1992 No. 94 of 1992 - SECT 4

4.(1) If, on or after 1 July 1990 and before the day on which this section
commences, a member made an election under the rules made under subsection
62(2) of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Act 1983, then, for the
purposes of the rules, on and after the day of the election, the person is
taken to be an eligible employee for the purposes of the Superannuation Act 
1976 .

(2) In this section:

"member" means a member of the superannuation scheme established by deed under
the Superannuation Act 1990.
