STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 96

Interpretation 
96. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Tertiary
Education Commission" from the definition of " Commission" in sub-section (1)
and substituting "Commonwealth Tertiary Education Commission".
