SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 128, 1978 - SECT 34

34. Section 105B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1)
and substituting the following sub-section:

''(1) Where-

   (a)  an endowment under Part VI in respect of a child is, or would, but for
        section 95A or 95B or sub-section (3) of section 104, be, payable to a
        person; and

   (b)  the child is a double orphan, there is payable to that person, in
        addition to any endowment under Part VI, a double orphan's pension in
        respect of that child.''.
