SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 128, 1978 - SECT 41
Cessation of handicapped allowance granted under section 105J
41. Section 105Q of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after
sub-section (1) the following sub-section:
''(1A) Sub-section (1) of section 103, and section 104 to the extent that it
affects the operation of that sub-section, apply in relation to a handicapped
child's allowance as if the allowance were an endowment under Part VI and the
person to whom the allowance is payable were an endowee within the meaning of
that part.''.
