SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 78, 1984 - SECT 46

46. Section 135BA of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (1) (b) ''and the amount (if any) per
        fortnight of pension that would from time to time be payable to
        another person under that Part if the first-mentioned person were an
        invalid pensioner for
the purposes of that Part'' after ''Part'' (third occurring)''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) '', supplementary allowance or
        incentive allowance'' and substituting ''or supplementary allowance''.
