SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 36, 1993 - SECT 50

FP child-prescribed student child not included 
50. Section 832 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (1) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(1) A person cannot be an FP child if the person:

   (a)  has turned 16; and

   (b)  is a prescribed student child.".
