SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 117

Provision of tax file number

117. Section 527 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(1) the Note and substituting the following Notes:

"Note 1: the Secretary can require a claimant for job search allowance to
quote the claimant's tax file number under section 554B. Note 2: the Secretary
can require a recipient of job search allowance to quote the recipient's tax
file number under section 572A.".
