SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 118

118. Before section 555 of the Principal Act the following section is
inserted: Secretary may require claimant to give statement of claimant's tax
file number

"554B. The Secretary may require a claimant for job search allowance to give
the Secretary a written statement of the claimant's tax file number.".
