SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 109, 1994 - SECT 35

35. Sections 109 and 791A of the Principal Act are each amended by omitting
the Note to the section and substituting the following Note:

"Note: For 'pension age' see subsections 23(5A), (5B), (5C) and (5D).".
