SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 109, 1994 - SECT 37

Provision of partner's tax file number

37. Section 46B of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (1)(b) "required" and substituting

"requested";
(b) by omitting from paragraph (1)(c) "requirement" and substituting

"request";
(c) by omitting from subsection (4) "requirement" and substituting

"request".
