SAFE WORK AUSTRALIA ACT 2008 (NO. 84, 2009) - SECT 27

Preparation of plan

             (1)  Safe Work Australia must prepare a draft strategic plan at least once every 3 years and give it to the Ministerial Council.

Period covered by plan

             (2)  The draft plan must cover the next 3 years.

Matters dealt with in plan

             (3)  The draft plan must deal with the following matters only:

                     (a)  the outcomes to be achieved by Safe Work Australia;

                     (b)  the strategies that are to be followed by Safe Work Australia to achieve those outcomes.

             (4)  The draft plan must not deal with the allocation of resources for the performance of Safe Work Australia's functions.
