TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 311
Levy debit balance of a carrier for a financial year
311. Where a carrier's levy debit under section 310 for a financial year
exceeds the carrier's net universal service cost under section 301 for that
financial year:
(a) the carrier has a levy debit balance for that financial year; and
(b) the amount of that balance is the amount of the excess.
