TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 312
Levy credit balance of a carrier for a financial year
312. Where a carrier's net universal service cost under section 301 for a
financial year exceeds the carrier's levy debit under section 310 for that
financial year:
(a) the carrier has a levy credit balance for that financial year; and
(b) the amount of that balance is the amount of the excess.
