TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 61
Minister may delegate certain powers
61. (1) The Minister may by writing delegate to AUSTEL all or any of the
Minister's functions and powers under this Part.
(2) In the performance of a function, or the exercise of a power, delegated
under this section, the delegate is subject to the Minister's directions.
