TOBACCO ADVERTISING PROHIBITION ACT 1992 No. 218 of 1992 - SECT 11

11. For the purposes of this Act, a body corporate is a holding company of
another body corporate if, for the purposes of the Corporations Law of a State
or internal Territory, the first-mentioned body corporate is a holding company
of the other body corporate.
