TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 322

322. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "and 12" and substituting ", 11A and
        12";
(b) by omitting from sub-section (1) "section 10" and substituting

" sections 10 and 10A"; and
(c) by inserting in sub-section (1) "by the Commissioner" after "is payable".
