TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 323

323. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-paragraph (1)
(a) (iii) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

"(iii) where-

                (A)  the relevant tax is relevant tax of a kind referred to in
                     paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) or (g) of the
                     definition of 'relevant tax' in sub-section 3 (1)-14
                     February 1983; or

                (B)  sub-sub-paragraph (A) is not applicable in relation to
                     the relevant tax-the day that occurs 2 months after the
                     day on which the Taxation  Laws Amendment Act 1984
                     received the Royal Assent;".
